User-generated videos demonstrate time-saving capabilities of Exmark mowers
BEATRICE, Neb. (September 28, 2015) — Exmark has announced the winners of its Take Back Your Weekends video contest. The unique user-generated contest received entries from across the country depicting how people would take back their weekends if they had more free time.
Virginia resident, Walt Arnett, won the grand prize – an Exmark Lazer Z X-Series commercial zero-turn mower valued at more than $12,000.
First prize – an expenses-paid Delaware River fishing trip with Exmark-sponsored BASS Pro, Mike Iaconelli, went to Jim Boutchia of South Carolina.
Exmark Director of Marketing, Daryn Walters, said he was amazed with the creativity and story telling demonstrated in the entries.
“The entries demonstrated the reality home and acreage owners face every day,” Walters said. “The realities of caring for the yard often stand in the way of the ability to enjoy time with family, friends or the outdoors.
“The increased productivity that Exmark mowers deliver can help these folks spend less time on lawn maintenance and enjoy more free time in their lives.”
Sixteen other winners took home prizes ranging from an Augusta, GA golf and spa experience, to high-quality hunting, fishing, and golfing gear from industry-leading brands including Abu Garcia, Berkley, Buck Knives, Grime Boss, Nikon, Rapala, Realtree, ScentLok and VMC.
Take Back Your Weekends video submissions were accepted from April 1 through June 30, 2015. View the winning videos and a complete list of winners, as well as highlights from the videos submitted in the Exmark Take Back Your Weekends video contest at Exmark.com/TBYW.
