As part of its annual giving program, Exmark recently donated two new zero-turn riding mowers. One Lazer Z X-Series mower was given to Tri County Public Schools, while the second mower went to Mosaic, a local non-profit care provider for the developmentally disabled.

Exmark General Manager, Daryn Walters, said the donations will help both organizations maintain and beautify their respective green spaces.

“All of us at Exmark share a strong commitment to giving back to the community,” Walters said. “We’re proud to be able to donate these mowers to Tri County Pubilc Schools and Mosaic.”

According to Mosaic Associate Director, Alicia Buhr, the Exmark mower will be put to good use maintaining more than 24 acres of grounds.

“I’m very proud of our team, and thank you so much for thinking of us,” Buhr said. “We’re a non-profit organization, so anything helps.”

Tri County Public Schools Superintendent, Randy Schlueter, said the new mower is a great addition to the district, which has been running Exmark mowers since 2004.

“We’re outside of Gage County, but yet we are still looking to be a part of the community of Exmark,” Schlueter said. “We’re glad they are willing to look at us as being a part of the family of Exmark mowers.”

Each year, Exmark helps local non-profit organizations positively impact their communities with donations of mowers and equipment. Recipients must be located within a 30-mile radius of the Exmark facility in Beatrice, Nebraska, and the equipment must be used on-site for landscape beautification, job skills training, or to encourage or support home ownership.
