New five-year warranty has no hour limit in the first two years

BEATRICE, NEB. (October 19, 2016) — Exmark has upgraded the warranty on its industry-leading Lazer Z commercial zero-turn riding mowers. Designed to precisely meet the needs of landscape maintenance professionals and large acreage owners, the Lazer Z is Exmark’s premier family of commercial zero-turn riding mower.

Each Lazer Z X-Series model features a five-year or 1,500-hour limited warranty, with no hour limit in the first two years. The limited warranty period for Lazer Z E-Series and Lazer Z S-Series machines is five years or 1,250 hours, again with no hour limit in the first two years of ownership.

The foundation of every Lazer Z is a high-strength welded steel unibody frame that’s designed to place the operator and heaviest components low and centralized within the chassis for increased stability and ease of handling. Exmark’s patented deck strut isolation system uses an automotive-style panhard rod system to eliminate deck sway, with maintenance-free greaseless bearings to reduce maintenance and maximize durability.

Lazer Z models feature Exmark’s UltraCut cutting decks in a choice of side- or rear-discharge configurations, depending on model. Each UltraCut deck is fabricated and welded from high-strength alloy steel, with a 10-gauge shell and heavy-duty steel reinforcements at the spindle mounts and around the deck perimeter. Exmark’s patented spherical bearing idler arm pivots and patented deck drive deliver increased cutting system durability and efficiency, with minimized routine service requirements.

The 2017 Lazer Z line

The Lazer Z X-Series is Exmark’s premier commercial zero-turn mower, designed for landscape professionals who demand the best. It delivers industry-leading power, productivity, operator comfort and fuel efficiency, with reduced maintenance and maximum long-term durability. Options include state of the art EFI gasoline and EFI+RED Technology engines, and a choice full-floating UltraCut Series 6 side-discharge, or UltraCut Rear Discharge cutting decks in cut widths up to 72-inches.
