Comments about Exmark Turf Tracer X-Series:

I have been buying Exmark Turf Tracers since 2002. There have been over 15 of them. I have always liked the mowers until 2015 and the last redesign. I have had problems with the quality of cut since they went from two deck belts to one. The handlebars have been lower about 2 inches which reduces the comfort of the machine. They stopped using Kawasaki engines on the X series in 2016 and now use the low horsepower Kohler efi. The anti-scalp wheels constantly break and fall off. I will be going back to Scag. They have a better quality of cut.

Service and delivery comments:

The dealer I use does the best they can , but they are not well trained on walk behinds.

Comments about Exmark Turf Tracer X-Series:

It's a great mower especially with the 60" deck I can ran all day for 8-10 hours and come home feeling good with a few nice calluses to show a hard days work.

The Kohler 650 EFI is extremely efficient for a 23 horse motor and provides plenty of power even through the thick wet stuff.

The mower cuts great and leaves a beautiful stripe to show it

Only thing I would like to see is an extra couple MPH for the stand on

If your thinking about buying one stop thinking about it and sign the papers that's what I did and obviously y'all can tell Im extremely pleased with my purchase exmark makes a great product and deserves to be praised for it.

Comments about Exmark Turf Tracer X-Series:

The first thing i noticed was the handlebars were lowered by 2.5 inches. This may help going under trees, but it hurts the manueverability with a riding attachment because your hands are lower. The one belt deck design does reduce parts needed but the longer belt costs more than the other two belts combined and there is no aftermarket belt yet. The blades are turning faster , but the quality of cut seems to be worse. Especially in tall fescue.
