Big Rock Project
The Big Rock project was founded in 2007 to preserve and beautify outdoor landscapes that are in need of additional resources. Since then, Exmark has contributed both financially and with volunteers to 13 projects within a 40-mile radius of Beatrice, Nebraska.
To be considered for the 2026 Big Rock project, applicants must be a 501(c)(3), a unit of government, or a school. The project must be located within a 40-mile radius of the Exmark facility in Beatrice, Nebraska. The focus of the project should be on the beautification of grounds, specifically park areas. The project must be completed by October 31st, 2026. Available funding from Exmark is up to $25,000.
Application deadline is April 30, 2026.
Mower Donations
Each year Exmark and Toro helps non-profits maintain their facilities and achieve impact in their communities with the donation of equipment and irrigation. The non-profit organization submitting the request must be located within a 40-mile radius of the Exmark facility in Beatrice, Nebraska. Other eligibility criteria include:
Equipment and irrigation is used on site at non-profits for beautification of their outdoor landscapes.
Product is used to accomplish the mission of the organization such as job skills training.
Product is used in non-profits work of encouraging and supporting homeownership.
Applications are accepted from December to February.
Volunteer Project Grant
Each year, Exmark employees are able to nominate an enhancement needed in their community to help beautify an outdoor space.
To be considered for the Volunteer Grant, applicants must be a 501(c)(3), a unit of government, or a school. The project must be located within a 40-mile radius of the Exmark facility in Beatrice, NE. The project must be completed by October 31st, 2026. Available funding from Exmark is up to $3,000.
Application deadline is April 30, 2026.
Local Donations
Exmark is proud to support organizations that strengthen our local community. Donation requests are typically reviewed within 4–6 weeks and must fall within a 40-mile radius of the Beatrice, NE facility. To be considered, 501(c)(3) organizations must provide a current W-9; requests submitted without one may be delayed or denied. We prioritize giving in the areas of K–12 education, hunger relief, veterans and first responders, community events, community spaces, and youth activities.
