Become An Exmark Association Partner
Partner Association Criteria
- Partner association must serve the purpose of betterment of their industry, environment
or the well being of its members
- Must be non-profit and has a 5013C tax exemption number
- Represents a minimum of the entire state in which their members are based
- Have an active member base of 300 or more members with a member card or other identification
process to validate active membership status
- Membership of association must be paid and cannot be free
- Has frequent and on-going communications activities with its member and will actively
promote the partnership with Exmark to its members
- Association is to present Exmark with a formal communications plan that outlines
how the program will be communicated to its members. Opportunities should include
but are not limited to.
- National/Regional/State/Local Events
- Web-sites
- Newsletters and other Direct Mail
- Association is viewed as a cultural fit with the Exmark brand and compliments the
efforts of our channel partners
- Associations that wish to become a partner with Exmark must complete and submit
a Request For Association Partnership Application
for consideration
- Applications will be reviewed by Distributors and Exmark’s Sales and Marketing
Departments. Please allows 2 to 3 weeks for this review process. Exmark will contact
the submitting association directly via phone or e-mail
Association Volume Rebate Process
- Member volumes and respective rebates to the association will be calculated from
reimbursement forms submitted to Exmark by our Dealers
- Checks will be issued to the association on a quarterly basis directly from Exmark
